Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your email accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a new email box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just select the email mailbox account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
